With this new variety Italspawn offers an alternative dark brown coloured hybrid mushroom. This variety better adapts to the autumn and winter months and has easy pinning, a solid fruit body and a large palm.
It is fast growing and aggressive with a very high yield. It’s aimed at the fresh market even though it lasts well when pre-packed too.
